We recommend a 1/8" thickness for our customized large mouse pads as it strikes the perfect balance between comfort and durability. While we offer multiple thicknesses across all sizes, thicker options often received feedback about being too high-profile, leading to discomfort and getting caught on objects. A thickness of around 2.5 mm (1/8") provides ample cushioning, reducing strain during extended use and enhancing user comfort. Thinner alternatives, although available, were perceived as less substantial, which diminished the sense of value and durability.
