International orders can be quite challenging to deliver due to currency conversion, costly shipping, and import fees and taxes. These factors make it difficult for us to offer the service and transparency we pride ourselves on. As a result, we limit the countries that can checkout online. If you don't see your country listed, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to assess the feasibility of your specific case. For countries we do ship to, we prefer to use your UPS or FedEx account, your domestic freight forwarder, or a pre-paid shipping label you provide. For orders shipping to Canada, we can quote UPS WW International. However, you will be responsible for any additional brokerage fees or taxes associated with border crossing. This applies to all our products, including custom counter mats, counter mats for advertising, and promotional mats.
