First, the design is meticulously prepared to align with our printing standards. This involves converting RGB files to CMYK, extending borders for a safe setback, and applying requested edits. At this stage, we will send you a digital proof to confirm any changes, address graphics concerns, or request revisions if needed. For fabric mouse pads, the design is printed onto our specialty paper, cut, and heat pressed onto a blank, white product using a permanent printing technique called dye sublimation. For plastic/hard top mouse pads, your image is printed on synthetic polyester tree-free paper for enhanced durability and longevity. The print is then laminated to a scratch-resistant plastic top, adhered to your chosen backing, and cut into the ordered mouse pad shape using a die cutter. With every order, we conduct a test print to quality-check and ensure the image looks perfect before finalizing the file for full production. After production, your order is carefully packaged and dispatched with a tracking number for your convenience. This process ensures that every product meets our high standards and that you receive a quality item you'll be proud to use.
